What we collect

We do not ask you for personal information and we do not run accounts, newsletters or comment forms on this site. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, page requested, timestamp) for security and traffic statistics. These logs are retained for a limited period and are not used to identify individuals.

Cookies

This site itself does not set advertising or profiling cookies. When you click through to a partner — TouringBee, GetYourGuide or Booking.com — that partner may set its own cookies to attribute the referral. Their cookie and privacy policies apply from the moment you leave this site.

Purchases

The Hallstatt audio guide is sold on touringbee.com. Any payment or account data you enter there is handled under TouringBee’s own privacy policy and by its payment processor; this site never sees your payment details.

Your rights

If you are in the EU or UK you have the right to access, correct or erase personal data we hold about you, and to object to its processing. Because we hold almost none, most requests are resolved quickly. Write to us and we will answer within 30 days.
